If you've lost your progress or forgotten your server login password, you can contact an admin directly.

Please mention that your issue is with the Cursed Walking server specifically (there are a lot of Auzers out there, and we run more than one server).

Reporting an Issue

Before reaching out, check whether your issue is covered on one of these pages:

  • Rules — for questions about what is and isn't allowed.
  • FAQ — for common questions about server operation and the modpack.
  • Install — for setup, launcher, and mod-list problems.
  • News — for downtime notices, updates, and known issues.

If none of those cover it, contact an admin using the spoiler above.

What we cannot help with

  • Player disputes (see Rules)
  • Recovering items lost inside unclaimed chunks — claim your land
  • Issues with third-party launchers or your local Minecraft installation
  • The official CurseForge version of Cursed Walking — our modified pack is what runs here; see Install
